1. Design Approvals & Accuracy

Digital Proofs: Before printing, Noshi Prints will provide a digital design proof. The customer is responsible for checking spelling, grammar, colours, layout, and placement.
Final Approval: Once you approve the digital proof by email, direct message, or text, your order moves to production. Noshi Prints is not responsible for errors present on a proof approved by the customer.

Size Charts: Sizing charts can be provided upon request. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct sizes. Noshi Prints cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the final printed garment does not fit as expected.
Colour Matching: Digital screens display colours differently than physical inks and substrates. While we strive for accuracy, slight colour variations between the digital proof and finished physical product may occur.

Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity is 12 pieces.
Custom & Retail Orders: Full payment is required upfront before design work or physical printing begins.
Bulk Orders (B2B): For local business orders over $200, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure materials and begin production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon completion of the order.
Accepted Payments: We accept Interac e-Transfer and major credit and debit cards.
e-Transfer Instructions: Payment instructions will be provided directly on your invoice or order confirmation. Production begins once payment is received and confirmed.

Standard Turnaround: Our standard turnaround time is 10 to 15 working days from the date the design proof is approved and payment is received.
Delays: Turnaround times may vary based on supplier stock availability. Noshi Prints will notify you promptly if an item is backordered or another delay affects your order.
Rush Orders: Rush production is subject to availability and may involve an additional fee confirmed before work begins.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be added to the final invoice.
Abandoned Orders: Orders left uncollected for more than 30 days after completion notice will be considered abandoned. Noshi Prints reserves the right to donate or dispose of abandoned goods, and payments made will be forfeited.

All Sales Final: Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
Defects & Errors: If Noshi Prints makes a material printing error or a garment has a physical defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof. We will reprint or replace the defective item at no extra charge when the claim is confirmed.

By submitting a logo, graphic, or photo to Noshi Prints, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. Noshi Prints will not knowingly print copyrighted or trademarked material without explicit written authorization from the rights holder.
